Sparrow: GEEK's Recognition is a platform to help recognize and promote the good behaviors and good habits of Geeks at GEEK Up.

Upon taking part in Sparrow, Users must learn about their legal responsibilities under Vietnam’s current laws by themselves and commit to their responsibilities in the Regulation, terms, and conditions of Nexion.

3. Information We Collect

3.1 Authentication Information

As this application is an internal tool, users log in using their email and password provided by the company system. The application does not provide the option to delete or register accounts.

3.2 User-Generated Content (UGC)

Users may attach images and input text content to the application, submitting it to the system.

3.3 Analytics

We use Firebase Crashlytics and Analytics for monitoring and maintaining the system. Data collected is not shared with third parties.

4. Use of Information

We do not collect any personal data from users of our mobile application. User-generated content only facilitates recognizing and promoting good behaviors among users within our system.

5. Data Deletion

We do not provide a feature for users to delete their accounts because we do not collect or store personal data. If you have any concerns about your data, please contact us using the information provided in Section 7 below.

6. Work with Sparrow

• GEEK Points (GP): Members who are part of the Pig of Circle Tribe will be granted 100 GEEK Points (GP) at the beginning of each month.
• Recognition and Appreciation: Members can use GP to recognize and appreciate actions aligned with organizational values by giving them to other members.
• Monthly Reset: The 100 GPs granted are not accumulated over the next month.
• Redeem Store: Members can redeem received points for various gifts available in the Redeem Store.
